By signing up and using Traydah mobile application, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions hereunder. Your hereby agree never to use Traydah app to facilitate any illegal activities. Your account may be frozen or terminated at the discovery that you gave misleading information, or you choose to provide misleading information about your identity. You agree to receive information and updates from Traydah via our email and mobile application. You are entirely responsible for the control and security of your user ID and password. You a seriously warned to never allow any other entity rather than yourself use your account on the Traydah app. By using the Traydah app you declare that all gift cards you trade belong to you and were not acquired by engaging fraudulent activities.
The Privacy Policy on the Traydah app will apply to all private information. Traydah never sells, rents, or leases information of users to anyone else. Unless Traydah receives notice to the contrary, Traydah will supply you with information about the Services that Traydah believes may be of interest to you from time to time (by post, telephone, or email).
This Agreement may be updated or modified by the Traydah at any time. If Traydah makes changes to the Agreement during the Services, the new version will take effect with the following Service. After the new version takes effect, you may be required to check the update version from time to time; however, ongoing use of the Services shall represent acceptance of the modified version.
Traydah warrants to the you that it will use all reasonable efforts to offer the Services with reasonable care and skill, and in compliance with the your request as far as is reasonably possible. Traydah will not be held liable for personal damage or death caused by its carelessness or omission. Except if it is expressly found that a person acting under Traydah's direct command has deliberately acted in a negligent manner, Traydah will not be liable for any loss, cost, expense, or damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) coming from the use of Services. Traydah will not be liable to the you for any loss, damage, fees, expenses, or other compensation claims stemming from the your incomplete, erroneous, or inaccurate requests or instructions, or any other fault of yours. Traydah shall not be liable or deemed to be in violation of the Agreement if any of Traydah's obligations in respect to the Services are delayed or fail owing to any cause beyond Traydah's reasonable control. Traydah's maximum responsibility to you for violation of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the Charge, subject to the restrictions of the terms and conditions set forth herein (provided that the Charge has at such time been paid by you in full).
You agree to receive text (SMS), email, and push notifications from us when you create an account with us. We will not be held liable if you incur any loss or harm as a result of unauthorized access to the information submitted.
